My external hard drive is not turning off. Does any have thisproblem or just my console?...

If you do have an external hard drive connected to the console. Please turn off your console then disconnect the external hard drive. Turn on the console without it and see if everything is working fine.

This can also happen if there is a corrupted external hard drive connected to the console. Let me know if it works.

I was able to install stuff when it was unplugged (it worked when I clicked on MK11 but I paused because my internal storage is low on space) but I was able download stuff previously with it plugged in just not those certain games and apps. Should I pug in the hard drive and see if the power cycle fixed it or should I try something else now that we know it might be the hard drive?

(in my previous message I got external and internal confused, my 2tb hard drive is my external hard drive. My apologizes)

That does not help but thanks, I'm asking as to how to turn off auto-delete? Why is it deleting clips from my EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE? It shouldn't have the right to do so... I'm just frustrated by this; £60 hard drive and it's not being treated as a seperate
entity

Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console, Rico? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues as well.
