Recover your account

First, please enter your account at this link to check if there is any other way to verify your security information other than this cell phone number?

You can access the account and cancel the account deletion process through other authentication methods if available.

If you are only able to authenticate with your old phone number.

Then please contact the online support and explain in detail what happened, stating that the deletion of the account was not carried out by you.

Ask them to help you terminate the deletion of your account and provide you with assistance in adding other methods of account verification.

Ok i will try to contact my phone provider to see if i can get access to my old number, but is there an option to cancel my subscription without access to account?

I cannot change my password because I requested a number change on my account since the old phone number is no longer mine. I have to wait 30 days from the date requested. But thanks for the help! I’ll change my password as soon as I can.

Tried signing up for Music Pass. Not getting a verification code in my google email. My phone number changed so I can't get a text. Can't change my phone number without getting a verification code. What's going on?

I've tried to reset my password, but I did have 2FA active with only my old phone number. I've also submit two different forms and both times i've got an email back saying they can't verify my ownership of the account when I've given all accurate information. Is there any other way to verify my identity without using my old phone number? I have absolutely no way of using that number anymore since the phone was broken. and I also can't transfer my favorite games to a new xbox account without either waiting a year, or losing all of my progress. What do I do?
