    Unfortunately it is against the rules to give your credentials to anyone

    You would have to file an appeal at https://enforcement.xbox.com

    I would go post in Section 14 of the Xbox Live support forums. it is a Forum for retrieving banned accounts, someone may be able to help you better from there.

    I would look up the Xbox support phone number and give them a call. They might be able to help more than one of us here in the forum, if you give me a few minutes I could reply back to this with the phone number.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Your friend would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     for information on their ban and to try submitting a case review.
