We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the Evil Dead game. As per description, the game is unplayable saying I don't own it and you have to buy.

Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist your concern. However, before we proceed, we would like to ask few questions about it.

1. Did you check that the account you use is the account that has the game license?
   
2. Also check if it is in your account's purchase history.
   
3. Have you check if all packs are installed?
   

Here's a workaround that may resolve the issue.

Go to My games & apps and confirm if all the packs are installed.

- Highlight COD Vanguard
- Press the Menu button and select Manage game and add-ons.
- Select the game tile, and then make sure to choose "SELECT ALL" for all the available contents to install.
- Select Save changes and wait for the contents to install.

Then, relaunch the game.

yes, I had experienced this in the middle of the year...I actually even bought the game again and again, and it still wouldn't work, it kept telling me I had to buy..this went on for over a month..very frustrating ...anyways, what helped me was one of the bundles I bought , I think it was the gilded bundle for $19.99...well, that bundle was the problem...I went to the manage game and add ons option, and uninstalled/deleted it...after that, I was back at it, playing cod black ops coldwar...I truly hope this helps, if not, I really hope you'll find a fix sooner than later...good luck

May I ask a dumb question? Why not just rebuy the game? It seems like a small hiccup. Is there a concern about rebuying it?

Ok it let me do it but now it's saying I have to rebuy my game, so what should I do...
