My ethernet was acting weird and now my pc is broken?!?!

First of all, thank u very much for everybody who tried to help.

I have to say I was lucky, I found out that the place I bought it from offered 24 month warranty instead of the standard 12 months with microsoft. So yesterday I took it to them, they tested it, and it was the cooling system which was not effective enough.
So I had a replacement today.

Yeah, I forgot the UK isn't fully part of Europe If you buy in the EU it's illegale for a company to offer less than 2 years warrant so we do get 2 years. I'm sorry.

I was thinking this first too, so after the first occasion I put it out in the open to make sure nothing blocks the fans and it has free airflow

The problem is the warranty according to the xbox website expired in january
