Hi i recently buy a console from a seller but seller say an xbox have that problem and i want to how can i fix this problem seller sau the console has ban for no reason so i want to fix this problem to can i play again and to login.

When a console is banned unfortunately it is not possible to appeal that decision.

I share with you the information about banned second hand consoles:

"When a console is sold or given away, it doesn’t change the status of its existing device ban. Even if the ownership changes and the console is reset to factory settings, the device ban is still there and can’t be lifted.

If you’ve bought a banned, secondhand Xbox console or device and you can’t sign in or connect to the network, contact the previous owner or retailer."
