My epic games account was hacked

i have my xbox account but i made my epic account with my xbox live account but when it got hacked they deleted my xbox account of epic so i cant login and epic doesnt care

So to clarify. Its your Epic games account you are trying to recover and NOT your Xbox live profile correct?

If this is the case then the one and only people who have the capability of assisting would be Epic Games support.

Microsoft cannot help you with your Epic Games account.

If Epic games wont assist then unfortunately nothing else can be done.

If your Epic account was created with a gmail address and this gmail address was hacked as well
You need to recover first the account, for this it’s necessary that you reach Google support
In that way you can try to recover your Microsoft account

If you used the same Microsoft Account to purchase content inside Fortnite you should be able to find them in your Microsoft Account order history

Once there, make sure to change the "3 months" filter and use instead "All available" next to "Ordered within"

Then start looking each item purchased with your account and see if you're able to find the receipts that you're looking for

You can save a PDF for each receipt clicking on "Show details" > scroll down a bit and select "Print order"
