    My email isnt changing on xbox rewards


    Hello!

    i have a issue with receiving Xbox reward communication trough email, its still stuck on my old email that's currently not active anymore due to a internet provider switch.

    It's been like this for a month.. so im hoping im not missing out on any exclusive offers trough the rewards program..

    Could someone of the team check this out for me please?

    We use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can change this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing info", and then changing

    Since the promotion I have changed my preferred email and it has caused some problems with not getting emails from Xbox Rewards. Xbox Rewards support said I can't do anything to change that so I would assume the same problem is there for other Xbox offers.
    No email in the junk folder of either email accounts by the way.
