    Email Address is correct

    My rewards have came through but on rewards page it is asking me to create a post if my email needs to be updated or if it is correct. My email address is correct hence this post. Thanks

  3. Xbox Ambassador- Was level 4 now level 1???

    I have emails from leveling up to 4, but I looked at my profile and it said I have 0 XP with no one helped except my start date is still correct. As well as last active is to. The days off to the right are correct to at 226. What happened????



    It even still says level 4 on my forum post to? But yet my profile page is says different.

    Changes in information can take up to 96 hours to be processed. We see that you have updated your email, and the yellow light is no longer on your account. Cheers! The warning was just to alert you that we were seeing your emails were unable to be delivered

    We have disabled the yellow light notification, and removed it from user's pages. To be clear, this notification was not an alert indicating an issue with Rewarding. We apologies for the confusion this notice may have caused.

    SORRY...THIS IS THE CORRECT INFO....

    The URL in the email is broken, this can be solved, At the top of the page is a bit saying "To view this email as a web page click here." right click select copy link. Open this link in a incognito window of google chrome and it will reveal your code.
