    hello my email got changed by someone that hacked into my account and i have been trying to get it back most of the times i can but cince i have to wait at least 2 months before i can even try to change the email and the hacker keeps changing the password i cant get it back

    is there any way to just talk to someone at microsoft and fix this

    Hacker can't change any settings also during that period, unless he knows all your account information, that should not be the case as it's your account, even changing the email the rest of the information remain the same

    If the account has a waiting period because the security information has changed, no one can modify information, only if they have proven that have the account ownership, and knows all the account information

    To contact support you need to go to the support site and select the contact us options but support agents can't change the account email or password
