    My email doesn't work.


    Hi, it turns out I deleted an email a while ago because it had a lot of viruses. It's been over 60 days, but Minecraft and Forza are still on Xbox, and I've lost them. Now I don't know how to recover those purchased games. I forgot to change the account and email, and I don't know what to do.

    How to change from a deactivated/babnned email to a new one?

    That guide doesn't help. I've looked already, and it doesn't offer a solution for changing my current email linked to the gamertag to another one, in a situation where the currently linked email does not work any longer.

    As Murphs says, we cannot assist you with this issue. As you seem to suspect with your sense that something was odd, since this is not a Xbox Live Rewards issue, or offer, we cannot assist with your problem. It is possible that support was confused and believed
    you were talking about our Rewards program. However, we have never had a offer that required submitting stories, nor do we send emails for Credit redemption.

    Well, the staff will respond in 1-2 days, however I have not ever seen them be able to assist with a Microsoft Rewards Issue as they are entirely separate programs and do not communicate with each other.
