Discus and support my email and ms konto got hacked. in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; i tried the online thing but it says not enough information to reset my account.It does ask me abot an creditcard but i always paid with paypal why...     i tried the online thing but it says not enough information to reset my account.It does ask me abot an creditcard but i always paid with paypal why cant i give them the paypal transaktionscode ? is there any way to talk to a human about this and get my account back ?

    another account hacked

    I got hacked 1/12/12..My CC was charged $200, and lost total control of my account. Of course MS blamed me, and said i was " Phished".. Impossible, the hotmail account i use is ONLY for XBL. I have never checked that email until i realized i was hacked.
    All i had were emails from MS, and XBL, regarding renewels. MS needs to man up and own this issue. So know i get to use an old account. Hopefully this will be resolved before the summer. PS3 isn't looking so bad these days.
