    I used the same Masterpass for both, but two different email addresses.

    A question I have about Xbox Live

    A question I have is when I sign in on my Xbox 360 to my Xbox Live account in the top right corner it shows your emblem along with a rotation of my gamertag name, achievement numbers, money I have on my account, and my email address linked to the account. But for some reason it doesn't show my email address when it's rotating through and instead just shows blank nothing until the next thing comes up in the rotation when it should show my email address in the rotation.

    Haven't received emails in a long time

    My main email address has never been changed, and it was never my contact email address. I never got any Xbox newsletters from that email. My alternate and billing emails were changed because my old email address was closed. They are the same email address,
    and it is the email address I would like newsletters and stuff to be sent to again. What can I do to have emails sent to my contact email again?

    2 Accounts with same email address

    Hi C4rribou, I see you have an issue with a Microsoft account that seems to be having issues. This might be best looked at by support, since they can get you the attention you need and it will require being able to access your account. I would try signing
    into login.live.com and making sure all of your security info is up-to-date too. I do not believe they will be able to sync accounts, but you can use the link I gave you to update the email on your account, perhaps that will help. If it does not, try calling
    1-800-4-MYXBOX( 1-800-4699269) and get an agent to look at the account for you.
