    My elite2 controller is missing due to internet issue of microsoft server


    The bumpers on my Elite 2 controller was not working properly so I request a warranty on the microsoft device page last week. I was asked to send out the contoller to mircrosoft but there was not even one single instruction or email was given. So I opened up the pdf document attached and sent my controller to the microsoft in WA. Today I talked to customer service and I was told that the reason I did not receive any instruction is because there was an internet issue on microsoft server last week and I should receive full instructions otherwise. Also there is no way to open up an investgation for that because I used the lable which USPS provided me since I also did not receive the shipping lable that should be provided by microsoft for warranty.

    Seems like my controller is gone in this case, which is really annoying since the internet problem happened on the server should not be something I should responsible for. AND it is not a cheap controller. I mean, even there is an internet issue at the moment when I made the request, I should be notified and given the instruction when the issue was solved instead of receiving nothing.

    I have the Microsoft Accessories app as I have the Old Elite Controller.

    The New Xbox Elite 2 does not work with it Wired or Via Bluetooth.

    It still looks like the New Elite2 does not work with it.

    CAPGamez are you saying you own a Elite2 Controller and have it working?

    Yes it is also off, in general settings, works on the other normal controller, but not for elite2 :/

    yea I have my console set as home console to, I'm gutted I'm missing out on most of the fun to be had from the Xbox One but that's only due to my internet issue, and nothing to do with Microsoft's Xbox one.

    Elite Series 2 Controller keeps "disconnecting"

    Microsoft consolidated the Xbox controller firmware. When you update the elite2 on PC, it is recognized as a regular XBOX Controller. What did I pay $150 for if games don't recognize its capabilities? I rolled back the firmware, but now it keeps disconnecting. Wish I could return it.

    On the video, Xbox Series X has USB type A only.

    The new controller, I think is type-A (Xbox Series X) to type-c (controller). (Elite2 is a to c usb)
