My Elite Xbox 2 controller, left stick is not working I'm willing to pay anyone who can fix...

I'm having the same issue. My elite 2 works fine even in the game pass app, I can use the thumb sticks to select a game, but when the game starts the thumb sticks and dpad stop working...

Other controllers work, just not the elite 2. It's not very elite it seems. Would love a fix for this!

If you're willing to pay for it the Elite Series 2 is a fantastic controller.

ok, my 1st elite came back, try this. left stick drift to right (fresh new controller from ms service)

ok i sent back this 2 broken Elites.

1-2 week done, get 2 new fresh Elites... tested... both new Elite's (my 3rd and 4th) left sticks drift to right...

my last 5 Elites broken, 3 fresh from Xbox Support. Thats a big joke.

Most of my Xbox controllers (original - not elite) were pretty good. Found them to be a decent quality. My first Elite was an issue for me. And of course the most expensive. 5 days after warranty I had a major stick drift issue on the left and right. My
elite 2 seems to be working perfectly fine though. No issue as of yet.

I called support and they said I would either have to buy a new controller (****) or pay $99 dollars for fixing it. So basically a $300 controller that I'm looking at. I told customer service that I want to speak to a manager. They said a manager would
contact me within 72 hours. I don't play much. I was hoping this controller would've lasted me at least 3 years. I had the first Elite controller and the rubber parts came off along with major stick drift on both sticks. My Elite Series 2 has stick drift but
nothing that effects my play, even on fps games. It's the bumpers and paddles functions that are messed up. I want to buy the new Xbox Series X. I was looking forward to pairing it up with my Elite Series 2 controller. Now I'm having second thoughts.
