My elite series 2 controller won’t charge

I’ve used every usb cable that I own in every outlet and it won’t charge and I can’t update it cause it keeps saying to charge your controller first the message I get reads seems like your battery is low charge it first and I hit try it now and I’ve done it with every usb I gave it won’t accept and it still flashing orange but I can click the middle button and all three bars flash white what am I doing wrong

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your controller. This may be an issue with the internal battery or the USB port that would need to be repaired. Please double check the controller warranty via this link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne....

Once the repair has been set up and you have received the shipping label via email you can pack up the controller. Please be sure to send only the controller and nothing else as Xbox does not guarantee that extra items such as triggers or thumbsticks will be returned.

Thanks for the reply. The Elite controller series 2 has various methods of mapping the buttons and paddles as compared to the series 1. If you haven't done so already, I recommend taking a look at the following support articles that
can assist you in determining how to set up the different functions, including how to use Shift with the controller to give you alternate inputs:

I u understand that the Series X controller will be using a USB C connector to charge the battery (same as the Elite 2 controller), so charging stations that use micro USB won't work.
