My Elite Series 2 controller keeps turning off and on... How do I fix it?

If you already tried to update it, reset the pairing and it still does not work, I recommend you contact repairs.

Microsoft knew the controllers were defective and still sold them as a good product. they wont do anything to fix your controller because its most like out of warranty thats why the warranty was so short. The whole elite series 2 was a scam

Are you using the keyboard to turn on the console, or a regular controller?

My suggestion is to try using a regular Xbox One Controller (any should do, standard, Elite Series 1 or 2) to turn on the console, launch the game, then turn off the controller, and connect the keyboard and mouse after the controller has been turned off,
you should then be prompted to select an account to use the keyboard and mouse with for the game.

If you're on Xbox kindly perform a powercycle after you update the controller to fix the issue.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

I also have to retur my elite series 2 but how do i send the controller back with bear nothing on the controller or with what it came with
