My Elite Gen 1 that just got repaired is having issues.

I had just got back the controller that I sent into Microsoft and the vibration no longer works and the left stick is feels rough when it moves now. When I tried to type in the serial number to see about a warranty to try and get these issues fixed it
says it is not recognized.

The controller that was sent to me says it is out of warranty as of 2018.

Does the warranty apply to a controller that was fixed because I sent mine in that was covered by a warranty but they sent me another back that is not covered.

Think with the Elite model, OP is talking about the Gen 1 console.

Sounds like you have done all the testing to zero in on the console having a hardware problem.

It will need to be sent in for repair.
