    My elite came back from service with no accessories , has anyone got the accessories back...


    My elite came back from service with no accessories , has anyone got the accessories back from Microsoft? contacted Microsoft and they said in ten days i will get them. has this happened to any one else. and at no time did I receive a email to not send accessories. you would think that in the email with the package label it would be bold to not send accessories. have seen a lot of issues with this thread and you would think Microsoft would take care of this issue.

    I did set it up online and I don't ever recalling seeing anything about not sending accessories, only seemed to make sense to send the controller in its entirely. I even sent it in its original box. after reading the threads on this topic I do believe Microsoft needs to make this more apparent in the process screens when requesting a service or warranty repair. and with all of the number of people that has had the same issue that I have had, then I believe Microsoft may need to look into the process of request a service/repair procedure to see if the is room for improvement to prevent this from happening. a lot of individuals like myself has spent a lot of money on these controllers to have the best gaming experience we can have with Xbox, I put my faith in Microsoft to make my controller right and to get me back to gaming with my Elite . again the question was has anyone heard of getting the accessories back?

    There are instructions for packing given when you send controllers/consoles in that you are to only send the controller and not anything else. If you set it up online, the instructions are given during the setup process.

    Elite controller sent for repair with accessories - came back alone.

    You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Unfortunately, the support person you originally spoke to did give incorrect information. Hopefully support can rectify it, but there is no guarantee they will ship anything back that was sent in.
