Last month i bought a normal xbox one controller and the RB button suddenly started jumping 2 places everytime i clicked it and it wasnt useable so i went out and bought an elite series 2 controller and the exact same thing has happened with this
after a week of using it so if you dont get what i mean say im on the home screen tab and i click the RB button it would jump to the Mixer tab instead of going 1 place to the game pass tab anyone know why this happens

Same, after using my elite series 2 since it came out on Day 1, my RB doesn’t respond. When i click it with a slight touch on my LB, it responds, but when I do the same press, it doesn’t respond. This started happening 2 days ago out of nowhere. Any fixes?

No the problem doesn’t persist on different consoles. My warranty is 6 months expired on my console and there’s no local repair shops willing to fix. Any way I can send to Microsoft for repair?

Okay, I chatted with support over the computer about my warranty, it expired and now my LB button broke off as well. So I have a few questions.

Where can I send my elite xbox one wireless controller to if I'm willing to pay for repairs?

Why does microsoft not provide a option to buy an extended warranty for accessories or provide longer warranties for items over $100 dollars such as my controller which was $149.99?

Why paint plastic parts metallic if the parts are going to break so easily? It seems to me if it's called Elite, it should be more durable.

My Elite 2 RB just began having this issue today. It also doesn’t respond every time it is pressed. I play Black Desert Online and my characters combos rely heavily on RB to perform. I was hoping the Elite 2 would solve the issues i was having with
bumpers, but at 2 months of use it has failed as well..... very disappointed
