    My download speed drastically decreasing


    Since beta update from 2 days ago I'd say my update speed has drastically decreased from an average of 250mbs to 20 - 1mbps now and the very recent update just made my update speed even worse at 5 - 0.1mbps and I'm just wondering if it's my console or the beta ring Edit: I forgot to mention that multi-player connection isn't affected at all

    Digital Download taking over 18 hours to download

    Sorry to hear it. If you are using other devices then you would see a decrease in your download speed. Especially if you're using wireless. If you are using wireless then I'd recommend using an ethernet connection for the duration of the download.

    Xbox one REALLY slow downloads

    Hi there,

    This is down to your connection speed. Assuming you are always hitting 3.5Mbps, the minimum time for your download is approximately 13 hours. Assuming you are using other devices on the network (eg streaming video, downloading files, browsing the web), then
    the maximum speed your Xbox can actually get decreases - and thus the time taken to download your 20GB game will increase significantly.

    So it is entirely reasonable that on your download speeds a 20GB game takes 30 hours to download.
