My download is stuck at 49% and wont continue

I tried downloading sea of thieves and the download is now stuck at halfway and is not continuing. I tried cancelling the download and then downloading again but it goes straight back to 49% and wont continue again. I tried changing the launcher from Microsoft to Xbox but there is the same problem. It starts at 49% but wont continue. I also tried waiting a bit to see if it had to load informations but that did also not help. Restarting didnt help. Now i can not Install it or cancel the download and dont know what i should do.

- What is the version of Windows that you are using?

- How much free space do you have on your hard drive?

- Do you have any antivirus or firewall software that could be blocking the download?

- Have you tried running the troubleshooter for Windows Store apps?

- Have you tried resetting the Windows Store cache?

In the meantime, you can try the following steps to resume the download:

- Open the Settings app on your PC and go to Apps & features.

- Find Sea of Thieves in the list of apps and click on it.

- Click on Advanced options and then click on Repair.

- Wait for the repair process to complete and then restart your PC.

- Launch the Xbox app or the Microsoft Store app and try to resume the download.

If this does not work, you can also try to reset the app cache by following these steps:

- Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

- Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.

- Wait for the command to finish and then restart your PC.

- Launch the Xbox app or the Microsoft Store app and try to resume the download.

Same here, after downloading for about 2 days its stuck on the loading screen and my other games wont even start....
