My disk tray

I have the gears xbox one and it play's some games but not all my games my disk tray does not wanna play games that have Zero scratches & are still new

Xbox 360 Slim disk tray

Hi im fairly new to this forums stuff so bare with me.

Basically i have a 250gb xbox 360 slim which was bought over 2 years ago after my first year of having it the disk tray started playing up and was just wondering if there is a way of fixing my disk tray.

The problem it self is that when i open the disk tray the disk tray opens fine but the light continues to flash and then when i put the disk in and press the touch sensitive button the disk goes in fine but the light continues to flash and about 10-20 seconds
later my xbox spits the disk out the only way i can get the disk tray to accept my disk is but hold the disk tray open while it flashing and then press the button on the xbox live dash board to shut my disk tray if the light continues to flash i press the
touch sensitive button twice and it makes a motor noise i continue this process until my xbox accepts the disk, doesnt normally take to long but can be anoying

on the odd occation the xbox can eject my disk while im in game with that said i have to install every game to the hard drive to prevent this from happening.

 

Green flashing power button on my Slim

Sometimes when i turn on my xbox, i notice that the power button flashes as if the disk tray is opening but there is already a disk in there and i didnt open my disk tray. It'll keep flashing until i actually open and close my tray and resume operation as
normal. Also, at times, in the middle of a game, my console will send me to the dashboard and the light will start flashing but the tray wont open. it would act as if there is no disk in the tray and would wait for me to open it.

If the console does not recognize the disc, try holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again.

In any case, follow these instructions.
