if you have owned for more than 16 days or played for more than 2 hours then the refund will be denied,

Just reinstall the game

If it has been more than 2 weeks or 2 hours of gameplay you are likely ineligable for a refund

Bit confused.You say you never played it but then say you can't play it for more than 5-10 minutes???

Then your nephew has been playing it for 2 days. If that's the case then you are not eligible for a refund as the game has been played for more than 2 hours.

Hey, if it has been played for more than 2 hours then it can not be returned.
