My device doesnt show up in store

I recently bought Xbox game pass and I wanted to download some games, however,

my device doesn't show up when I click "Install on my devices" on any game, but when I go to the account.microsoft.com/devices I can see my laptop without any problem.

I tried it on the Hello Neighbor which is included in the Xbox game pass also a play anywhere game, still, it doesn't work.

It'll depend on what games you're trying to download. Game Pass is primary for the Xbox One so not all of the games will work on the PC. Only games that are also Play Anywhere games will work. So you'll want to check this list to see if the games you're

I get thisproblem i just reset my xbox that usually sorts the problem

Tried on both. I purchased Minecraft couple of months ago and I downloaded it without any problem.
