My details on someone else's account

You could try contacting Xbox Support, but it's unlikely they will be able to do anything since it's not your account. You may have to contact your bank directly and ask them to stop the unauthorised payments from Microsoft.

The more important question to ask is:

Do I really want to hand over my account details to someone else? Do I want them to be able to access my password, my payment details etc? What happens if I have an argument/falling out with that friend and they decide to start messing with my account?

You never, ever, hand over an account details to someone else, whether it's Xbox, microsoft, Amazon or your bank. It would be like giving someone your bank card, telling them your pin number and then hoping they don't decide to clear out your account

That's the issue he got on my xbox account an removed all my chats with everyone and blocked them. On top of that he messaged himself from my account, thus getting me com banned. He harrassed me on different platforms too, and way more servere. After I blocked him on all other platforms he went on my account and did all the stuff that I have mentioned before. So my request is if something can be done about him. I can provide evidence of him being on my account and harrassing me. All I'm wondering is if something can be done to his account because I want to prevent other people from having to deal with this kind of behavior.

I have changed my password and security information. I was wondering if it would be possible to punish the guy who did all of this stuff to some degree? Considering all the other stuff he's done on other platforms (one of them includes stalking and blackmailing me). Considering that he will most likely do this to other people too. It would be great if we could prevent something like this from happening again.
