My dads Account is locked and we try to recover it

Hello,

The xbox one we use is locked right know and we cant Center it becouse my dad cant log in in his Microsoft Account with out the Code from his old number. And we also tried to Do it With the consol ID stuff but it said its incorect we are lost and dont know what to Do now. Please help

I am very sorry you are going through this situation, unfortunately Microsoft has very strict policies regarding account recovery, only we as owners can recover accounts using the tools offered by Microsoft and providing exactly the same information we used to set it up, technical support cannot help you beyond offering you the same tools.

You can fill out the following recovery form up to two times per day.

Try to include new and relevant information that will help verify that you are the owner of the account.

We tryed that but didnt work n i dont know what happened but it says someone was trying to access her account and we need to vertify its her account and says we need to send to my dads old email that he doesnt rember the pass to so we tryed the option to
send to my email but sence it says someone was trying to acceas her account we have to recover her account then send the code to my email ill update on info once we get this figured out... I hate being 17 n cant do this myself ._.

I tried to get on to the account section of the settings tab but I can't, and we've tried everything to recover my dads account

Had same problem colomn but what sucks when i tryed to reset the password the temp code got send to my dads old email account which he last used 6 years ago and i dont know why it went there in first place... so make sure u know what ur clicking before u
go to next page as for me im trying to recover my moms emailnow because we went through the steps to fast n messed up by sending to dads old email
