My custom profile pic won’t change

Ive recently been wanting to change my profile picture on the Xbox app and when i do it says “sorry we cant upload the picture right now try again later”. Then i try a few days later and i get the same response also its been awhile since ive changed my
profile pic.(ive only changed it like 4 times). Im just wandering why is does that cause i get the same response for every picture i do.

As said its temporary disabled due to the lock down due to covid 19 .

To help with the amount of users online at the same time due to the lock down.

With some restrictions starting to ease or about to , hopefully it will be back soon 👍🤔

This feature has been disabled for now due to the the increase of users across the service. There is a notification on the Xbox Support
home page explaining this.
