    Hello everybody so I have a problem, when I try to change my pfp it won't change and I got this problem a week ago I think and I don't know how to make it change to the new one I have. And idk what to do and it says it's done but it doesn't update.

    I had this problem a couple of years back, I had to wait a couple of days but it also might be an age thing? If its that just try changing your birthday and it should work.

    So, the only way to be able to get a custom pfp is to get on my hands and knees and beg for Microsoft to allow people under 18 to have custom pfps? Also, dang you're fast.

    You can change your custom PFP in the Xbox Companion app on your PC and the Xbox app on your phone. On the Xbox app and website so far we don't have the option to submit a custom PFP.
