    My brother selected a custom profile picture yesterday and it uploaded and worked immediately. I put custom profile pictures on my alt accounts yesterday and they uploaded immediately. For some reason my main account will not add the profile picture even when it says it’s pending. It’s not affecting everyone’s.

    Ok,so you can now upload a custom gamerpic if you have the xbox beta app on a windows 10 pc.

    If it's the ordinary xbox app it wont work

    Afraid not.At the moment it is a violating of the CoC/ToU to use/upload custom gamerpics & Microsoft wont make an exception just for you.

    Custom gamerpics is something that is being looked into but whether it happens or not is a different matter as it didn't go to well on the 360.

    I do agree that the choice of pics on the xbox one is pretty awful.
