My cursor is stuck in the middle of my screen and it won’t go away

Here are a few suggestions:

Restart your console: Sometimes, simply restarting the console can fix issues like this. To do this, press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it turns off, then unplug the power cord from the back of the console. Wait a few minutes, then plug the power cord back in and turn the console on.

Check for updates: Make sure that your console has the latest system update. To check for updates, go to the "System" tab in the settings menu, then select "Updates." If an update is available, install it.

Check for controller updates: If you are using a wired or wireless controller, make sure that it has the latest firmware. To check for updates, go to the "Devices & connections" tab in the settings menu, then select "Controller." If an update is available, install it.

Disconnect any accessories: If you are using any accessories (e.g., a headset, a chatpad), try disconnecting them and see if the issue persists.

So I’ve had the same problem having my cursor stuck on the main menu or in game screen for Minecraft. And, I have two methods but you can use either of the two to fix the issue.

The first one: I would load Microsoft Edge and in the “New Tab” I would scroll down (using my right stick) until my cursor itself disappears, then press the Xbox button and load back into Minecraft. But what I’m practically doing is just making the cursor visually disappear in Microsoft Edge before I load back into Minecraft.

The second one: I would simply connect a mouse to my console. And I would move my cursor to the bottom right of my screen either in the main menu or in the pause screen. And then disconnect the mouse so it doesn’t move back into the middle of the screen. And go back to using my controller. Keep in mind the cursor is still there but barely visible by a pixel.

Unfortunately this wasn’t permanent fix, since the bug reappears every time I turn my console back on or literally every time Microsoft Edge is used. So I hope Microsoft or Minecraft can get around to fixing this visual bug. But it’s a easy quick fix that I hope will work for you guys.

The problem is still there, moving the cursor to the bottom of the screen in edge, just moves it to the corner of the screen in Fortza. The edge browser screen is not using the entire screen, like a game does. The cursor is still visible and will not go away or can be moved when the Fortza game is being played.

It did not seem to have a effect it still puts me in a black screen with a cursor in the middle of the black screen. also when I do not have a mouse hooked up and when I try typing anything like a sign or a book and quill my screen also turns black until I back out of typing

Ok so I successfully downloaded my profile, and crackdown is still stuck on the loading screen with the shape with the diamond in the middle of the screen just spinning, but the game will not start.
