    I've been given some amount of rewards credits by xbox support as sort of a refund, and these points were immediately deposited and converted. Hovewer, my actual credits that i had before, were not deposited and just show up as a deadweight on a rewards
    page. I can see the amount and description about the deposit dates(rather, on which day they are deposited) but there's nothing else. According to description, they should've been deposited 3 days ago, yet they were not. So, what do i do?

    Made another topic, as i was unable to edit or delete previous one, but had to add some information:

    Support team told me to specify these numbers 1421244105 i think it's the number of my ticket or something like that.

    Also, number of xbox live credits that i'm talking about - 8000.

    Xbox support cannot adjust a Xbox Live Rewards account. They awarded you a refund in our name, but that was not done through our Xbox Live Rewards program.

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your Russian Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time
    of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
    currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update
    your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

    Early deposit for the 14th

    If the credits were pending before the 1st, they will be deposited on the 14th. If they were pending after the 1st, they will be deposited at the end of the month. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what they are scheduled for.

    Hello eviLntt,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since your manual adjustments for November's YOLO offer were not placed until this month, they were not a part of the recent deposit on the 13th,
    like your other Credits were.
