My credits reduced for no reason?

Hello

The credit that were converted to Microsoft credit total more than £20 but somehow its got reduced to for no reason and I wasn't notified about it. I want my credits to be restored back to £20 and more.

Also I want to transfer the credits to someone else or at least let my but currency and give it to someone.

I use to have £20 and more credits and now its been reduced for no reason, It must be fixed.

 

Latest Forza 5 update overhauls DLC car system

On what i will be able to spend my in game credit,if they gives DLCs cars for free...They already reduced the price on some cars....Arf! I got a something like 17.000.000 of useless credits....

Can't wait for next week announcement.

From the FAQ:

What is the monetary value of Rewards Credits?



1,000 Rewards Credits are equal to £0.80 GBP.

Since you only had 22,500 Credits deposited over your account's lifetime, that would be 17.6 GBP. Also, in the terms and conditions:

1. 
   You may not combine or transfer Rewards Credits with other’s Accounts. You may not transfer, sell, or perform any other action in any manner in violation or attempted subversion of these Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to combine or transfer Rewards Credits
   will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of all Rewards Credits in your Account. Microsoft reserves the right to take any other or additional action it deems appropriate in its sole discretion in the event that Microsoft believes (in
   its sole discretion) that you (or you and others) have violated this provision.
