my credits haven't been deposited into my account

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit events happened after the 24th, they will be a part of your mid-month deposit in February.

Do you mean the credits haven't been deposited into your account yet or is there another offer you're looking for credits from? The credits should be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you earned them.

I have recently looked at my rewards and on my statement is says that 2 lots of 5000 credits have been deposited to my account and I haven't seen any of them please can you help? That's like 10000 credits I've missed and I'm not quite sure how much that
is in cash but its a significant amount

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. They haven't been deposited yet because you haven't reached that point. Since you do have over 1,000 credits, you can request a deposit on the
MyRewards section of the site and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.
