My credits dissapeared

First of all I'm not a native speaker, excuse my bad English. So I used to have around 4250 credits (not sure) and I made the poll and when I logged in today I noticed that I had 0 credits, I thought them could have been deposited to my account but no, I
didn't receive anything, what happened here? Heeeeeelp

Forza Horizon xbox 360 April Topgear pack DLC

My son has purchased the April Top Gear Car DLC pack off the xbox live store, once downloaded he couldn't access the cars without buying them again with his in game Forza credits. one of the cars, well van that he did purchase with credits has now
dissapeared from his garage. He now doesnt have enough in game credits to buy the better cars from the DLC as he has bought some cars without realising it was taking his credits? also some of his paint items for cars that he purchased have also dissapeared
from his inventory..

 

Rewards credits gone

I had 12,000 rewards credits built up in my account. Was going to deposit them on October 15th. But shortly before that they dissapeared now it says I have only 250. I have an email that proves I have those 12,000 credits. And I accumulated most of those
credits within the last couple of months.

At 5000 or more pending Credits, we automatically schedule your account for a deposit. After your first time purchase and survey on April 10th, you were at 5,500 Credits (108 MXN), and therefore scheduled for a deposit. You received this deposit on April
26th. You can review all this Credit and Deposit activity on your Rewards account from the MyRewards page. You can also view the deposit as spendable currency in your Microsoft Account from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where it will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
