    I had over 100 thousand credits and they disappeared !!

    My credits have disappeared!!

    Support will check on the Battlefield credits, but for the disappearing credits check your statement on the MyRewards section if the site. It will show if/when the credits were deposited. You can verify deposits at Sign in to your Microsoft account

    My credits have disappeared!!

    Yesterday I checked to see the amount of credits I have been awarded and I was surprised to see that I had absolutely nothing. Several days ago I had around $20. I haven't bought anything!!! Where did it go??? Also I was never given cash back for preordering Battlefield
    1. I know preorders normally don't qualify for VIP benefits, but I ordered it during the promotion in month of September. Help please!

    It's just a glitch. You'll just have to wait for everything to show back up.

    Sorry, I don't think I was clear on my end. I had already been awarded the credits and they were converted to currency and deposited to my account several weeks ago. I checked and verified it using the link you sent me.

    Hello BONILLA35,

    Unfortunately, once Credits have been deposited, we cannot take any action on them. You would have to follow up with Xbox support such as at (support.xbox.com/contact-us). You received your Battlefield 1 pre-order Credits on September
    8th, and they were included with your deposit on September 28th. You can see your Credit events on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
