My credits aren't turned into money

I've got over 21.000 credits but i can't click the early deposit link and at the end november the credits didn't automatically deposited on my account. How can i fix this?

Hello ChickenLemming,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Rewards Credits aren't being Deposited into My Account

I've got 17,000 pending rewards credits from almost a year ago that haven't been deposited due to my billing information not being correct. The billing information listed is all correct though.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since you have been scheduled for a deposit, there is no need to request one from the early deposit link, so that link has been removed.

Do you exactly what you did before : renew gold, do surveys, spend money on content, TV, Movie, Music etc...turns into credits which turn into money and discounts

I'm agreeing with everyone else here... if it's attainable in game, I have no objection. Get money from people willing to pay in fair circumstances? Sure.

thanks for your support. Also my billing violation is along the lines of me forgeting to turn off auto renewal on MY OWN credit card so i forget to put enough money on it.
