    My cousin can’t add friends or join public servers on MCPE.


    My cousin just made a new minecraft account and it’s not letting me or any others join. She is also unable to join anybody or any severs. The minecraft help page was no help. We are both MCPE (bedrock) and it’s not working.
    Photos are added to help get an idea.
    Does anybody have any tips on what too do?

    Are the Minecraft Xbox 360 Mini Game servers still functional?

    Update: Microsoft's Minecraft support team didn't help much. To test this out, my and my friend set up a public mini game server, with my friend making a public Battle server. I joined from the "Join" tab, and it came up with the annoying "The connection to the server was lost. Exiting to main menu" error. My friend then disabled the option "Public Game." Then, if you join from the "Friends" tab it works just fine,

    Please ensure that your friend is doing that on their side.

    Also, please ensure that you are both friends on xbox and that he invites you.
