    My Copy of xenoverse 2 Won't acess the Xenoverse Service


    Hi! I've updated my game and even brought the disc for xenoverse 2 however it tries to connect to the xenoverse server and then message still keep opening with the following:

    "The DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE Service is not available. You will not be able to use XENOVERSE Server related features . Please view Official site for more inforrmation"

    And when I checked on the website , no raid is happening in lobbies and there's no information regarding my problem . Can anyone please help me sort this out ???

    I have been noticing this issue online, and most people are mentioning that the issue here is using Wi-Fi to play Xenoverse 2. People mentioned that they could play other games on Wi-Fi, but not Xenoverse 2. So they tried using Ethernet Cable instead and it solved the issue.

    So I highly recommend trying using an Ethernet Cable to solve this issue!

    That's odd that you're seeing Xenoverse 1 instead of Xenoverse 2. If you power cycle your Xbox One, does it still show Xenoverse 2 as purchased in the Xbox Store? Let's get you in contact with
    Phone/Chat support to take a look into this purchasing issue. Let us know how it goes.
