    My Controllers unsync randomly on my Xbox One fat


    So i just got a Series s so i was getting my og xbox one ready for sale, but when i was testing the controllers i noticed that they would simply disconnect randomly when playing, this doesnt happen all the time but it does, i tested the controllers with my new series s and that doesnt happen so i dont know what to do. Is there a fix or should i sell it as defective?

    Hey there TG SilentStorm.

    You shouldn't need to unsync the controllers. Once you sync them with another device they should automatically unsync from a previous device. Have you possibly tested one of these controllers with an Xbox 360 to see if they're able to connect there?

    okay so I borrowed a friends controller and it works! So my two controllers just aren't unsyncing from the previous wireless receiver and computer I used them on, does anyone know how I can unsync them?

    The controller that came with my xbox says it is wireless but won't turn on unless it is plugged in.

    Maybe,possibly try re-syncing that contoller? It has probably just unsynced randomly :)
