My controller won’t connect to my laptop and I can’t find anything like this online.

Here are the troubleshooting steps:

Please re-sync the controller. Press and hold the pairing button on your controller until the Xbox button starts flashing rapidly.

On your laptop, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and select Add Bluetooth or other device.

Choose Bluetooth and select your controller from the list.

And then update bluetooth drivers. Kindly make sure your laptop's Bluetooth drivers are up to date. You can do this by going to Device Manager, expanding the Bluetooth section, right-clicking your Bluetooth adapter, and selecting Update driver.

Next is to clear bluetooth cache. Please do this on your laptop, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.

Remove the Xbox controller from the list of paired devices.

Restart your laptop and try pairing the controller again.

If the wireless connection is still not working, kindly connect your controller to your laptop using a USB cable. This can help determine if the issue is with the wireless connection.

After that, check for Interference. There should be no other wireless devices causing interference with the Bluetooth signal. Kindly move your laptop and controller to a different location.

Yes, after like a day it was able to be loaded on but it won’t let me connect to live, so I still can’t play multiplayer or sync my achievements

So when I get to that screen, everything shows up, but I can’t select anything. It’s like the controllers won’t work on that screen. But when I go back to the screen where you can shut the Xbox completely off, the controllers will work

did you ever find a solution to this problem I have the same problem now my xboxone won’t connect to anything not my iPhone or my uverse internet

After plugging in my controller you can hear it connecting but still can’t hear anything
