    My controller was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't come


    I made an order to repair/replace my controller in August and it still hasn't arrived. I contacted an agent a couple of weeks ago and they said that it would come in the next week so where is it?

    Unfortunately you'll need to try contacting support again as we wouldn't have that information here. If they haven't given you one yet, you should ask for a tracking number.
