My controller makes my headset only work on one ear.

The sound coming through my headset only come from one ear muff, and it does it to both of my headsets (one is brand new) and both of my controllers.

Please, try this headset with any other devices, like smartphone or PC, because if you have this issue with 2 different controller, maybe is the headset (or the jack connector) broken.

Hi, make sure the headsets supports game audio. There is a lot of headset like the one ear headsets that will only support party chat. if possible if you can share the headset brand names and how you are connecting them to your xbox or controller.

Smash, a stereo headset should be producing sound in both ears unless the media you're viewing is only supposed to be in your right ear. The issues could lie in the connection for the headset to the controller, the wire connecting the headset to the controller
or the headset itself. Is it only happening in game or is it all of the time?
