    hi! Basically yesterday I started my xbox one up like normal and for some reason I noticed that any time I tried starting an app or even hovering my cursor over my desired game or app, it would rapidly skip past several different apps and would not let me
    start any games. However when I managed to get into a game the controller was completely unresponsive as I could not move my character and the camera just faced the sky. I hope someone can help me as I need to get this fixed but unfortunately cannot afford
    a new controller at this moment in time. Thanks!

    Controller freezing on text input

    Since the big update recently, my controller keeps freezing up and becomes unresponsive whenever a text input screen appears, the xbox controller is still on and button on the controller lit up. The only way to fix it is to clear the cache

    My controller keeps on lagging and is unresponsive during game play this is starting to get on my nerves 3 days now

    guess ill have to break out the snes **** why is this happening by the time your done paying for a complete system its a zillion dollars and a several controllers that dont sync and alot of other posts saying the same thing can we get a fix PLEASE !!!!!!!

    Xbox dashboard is broken

    Does this happen with a controller connected with usb cable?

    To test it...

    Turn the console off. Connect the controller with usb to console and turn the console on.

    If you still get unresponsive controller you may have to refresh the System OS keeping Games and apps.

    I give up on this game, the control's feel horrible and unresponsive and the game keep's freezing. Probs the worst game i have played.

    Updated both controllers, still getting the same issues.. I hit the Xbox button on controller, the menu is completely unresponsive at times, Friends list won't open, none of the options respond to A.. using the DPad still skips over items, digital keyboard still goes to top left.. dumb
