    My controller elite 2 dont show up in settings or xbox accessory app on pc


    Hi i have 2 controllers elite 2 and both gave me the same issue, when i plug the controller with the original usb c cable given when i buyed the controller,

    the xbox button turn on, but the little dot (i think is the charging) dont turn on, and if i go to the settings it doesn't show up.

    what can i do?

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please test in Xbox accessories app by connecting your controller to your Xbox or PC and open the Xbox Accessories app. Use the app to test the functionality of the right trigger. If it doesn't respond, the issue might be hardware-related.

    And then update firmware. Make sure that your controller's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates in the Xbox Accessories app.

    Next is to reset controller settings. Do this in the Xbox Accessories app, reset the controller's settings to default. This can help resolve any configuration issues.
