My controller dont see headset jack 3,5mm

My controller is updated.

I try all steps.

I borrowed controller from my friend to check do headset work on other controller, and work maybe my jack input is broken or something :/

Thank you for replying back! At this point, you will have to either, replace the controller or purchase an adapter for the controller that plugs into the bottom of the controller and replaces the 3.5mm headphone jack input on the controller itself. Now,
if you're still under the 90 day warranty you can
Contact Support to see if you can exchange the controller.

Try this:

• Log into Support.Xbox.com
  
• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
  
• Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
  
• Step 2 : Select your Product
  
• Step 3 : Select your Issue
  
  • Select – Call me back

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

tried to
Update your Controller? If not I would suggest trying that out as well.

Sounds as tho you need a headset adapter if the 3.5mm jack has become faulty.
