my controller doesn’t work

Okay so i have my xbox one controller with the share button in the middle and i put it aside to do something else and i went back and it turned off like normal but when i turned it back on no buttons worked like at all i tried to re-sync my controller but doesn’t work. I connected my controller via usb-c then went into the xbox accessories and it doesn’t even register that a controller is connected at all i have no clue what to do and i tried changing my battery’s 3 times

Same result. It doesn’t work. I can plug in my regular controller and it works fine. It just doesn’t work on the elite 2 controller.

The controller doesn’t work at all unless connected to bluetooth on my phone and i don’t have a usb cable, my controller was up to date and working fine until i started using remote play

I did all the above and it still doesn’t work, the DVD works in my old Xbox one with the same controller I’m using for my series X.

It doesn’t work. The screen says that I need to connect my controller even that it is already connected, is like nothing is connected.
