my xbox powerA nano enhanced wired controller for xbox series X/S disconnected from my laptop and I dont know how to reconnect it. ive tried going through all my settings and still nothing works. the light showing that my controller is on and connected doesnt show up anymore. i need help!!

Have you tried with a different USB port?

Are you able to test it on another device(PC or console)?

It works well. The only thing that doesnt work after updating the firmware is the xbox charger. The usb connection is on, but the cable doesnt show up the orange led to charge the battery.

I tried every way and found with the new controller that i bought the reason.

new controller: version 3.2 if i remember . Working well

new controller with new firmware: 4.8

Not charging anymore.

Im experiencing same problem, since few days controller doesnt work with any cloud game , only buttons X A B Y , rest analogic and arrows not.

controller and is updated and works correclty via USB on PC and also in the mobile device via bluetooth in the app, but in any cloud game it doesnt work anymore.

Troubleshoot is useless this is a general problem!!

PLEASE SOLVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have another controller working fine the issue is in the controller.

About repairing, the Microsoft doesnt repair anymore the controllers, if you have bought the controller with or without the console in a retail shop and you have their warranty still available you should get to them.

If it has been happening since you first got it, then it sounds like it had a fault to begin with which has then been exacerbated by being dropped several times. Depending on when you got it, either take it back to where you got it from for a replacement or you'd need to contact MS support to hopefully get it replaced
