My controller continues to disconect from my xbox one?

Try power cycling your console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

Retry afterwards.

I've also had this issue before. The problem usually goes away on its own, but you can try resetting the console if you don't want to wait.

Mine did that recently too...it stopped unsyncing after a couple days on its own. I would also recommend power cycling a few times to be safe. You can also always try and resync the controller by holding down that very tiny sync button at the top of the
controller and/or the one at the bottom corner on the front of your Xbox console. I did the former and just held the first button till it stopped blinking and resynced. (A few times over the course of a day or two.) The problem really should fix itself...if
it doesn't you may want to schedule a maintenance on your console over on Microsoft/Xbox's website.

Have you tried updating your controllers via xbox settings ?

i updated my newer controller and its not disconecting as much

Good Points. But I think that the Xbox just stops downloading when disconected to the internet or Live. That happend severel times but I just reconnected and the download continued! And the region shouldnt be a problem in my case.
