    My controller came back from a repair order but still doesnt work


    I sent my controller in to be fixed, because some buttons were not responding. I received it back but it will no longer stay on unless it is plugged in. I am still under warranty. The issue is that the website will no longer let me place a repair order for the controller(device). It only has the option for controller accessory repairs.

    Is there another way to contact microsoft to get my controller repaired?

    no HDMI signal or error

    Blind changing the resolution doesnt work. I have ordered a warranty repair as i have no idea what is wrong. Will post back with outcomes.

    If you have another controller working fine the issue is in the controller.

    About repairing, the Microsoft doesnt repair anymore the controllers, if you have bought the controller with or without the console in a retail shop and you have their warranty still available you should get to them.

    It sounds to me like wherever you are buying the controllers from is putting cellophane on returned controllers. Id order your next controller from a more reputable source. Alternatively you could get on ebay and YouTube and see about repairing your original
    controller. Youd be surprised what you can actually fix. Even if it doesnt work you'll have a better idea about how the controller works (which is always fun to learn).
